Every system does the same four things.

  1. The load makes heat.Racks, compressors, ovens or presses. We start from the number: how much heat, at what temperature.
  2. A pumped loop carries it out.Water or glycol picks up the heat and travels to the roof or the yard.
  3. Fans push it into the air.The coil passes heat to outdoor air. On hot days, adiabatic pads add capacity only while they run.
  4. Cool fluid comes back.The loop returns cold and the cycle runs again. No tower, no basin, no makeup water.
