A dry cooler carries a water or glycol loop to the air and puts the heat outside. Flat bed or V-bank, one or two rows of fans. Where the design day needs more than air alone, adiabatic pads or spray add capacity only on the hours they run.
HFC and ammonia
Air-cooled condensers for HFC and ammonia plant, built on the same flat bed and V-bank platforms as the dry coolers. The V-bank holds the footprint down as capacity goes up.
CO2 gas and oil
Gas coolers for transcritical CO2 systems, and oil coolers for hydraulic, lubricating and turbine oil. Same flat bed and V-bank platforms, tubed for the pressure and the fluid.
HFC, CO2, ammonia
Industrial unit coolers for cold storage, process rooms and food plant. Rated for HFC, CO2, ammonia and glycol, from 6 fins per inch for coolers down to 2 for low-temperature rooms that frost.
Two-way air
Low-profile dual discharge unit coolers for packing rooms, processing halls and cold rooms where people work. Air leaves both sides, so the room holds an even temperature without ductwork.
Built per project
Evaporators for spiral freezers, freezing tunnels and blast rooms. Each one is designed to the product, the throughput and the defrost method, so there is no table to pick from. Send the freezing rate and the room, and the coil comes back sized.
Differential pressure
Differential pressure coolers for forced-air pre-cooling and ripening rooms. Air is drawn through the stacked load instead of around it, so fruit at the center reaches temperature with fruit at the face. Bananas ripen at 57 to 63°F and avocados at 68 to 75°F. The room has to hold the number the fruit needs.
Built to print
Coils and heat exchanger blocks built to your drawing. Copper, stainless, cupronickel or titanium tube, with fin and coating chosen for the air they sit in.
